A tell-all book by a Bush-era speechwriter will be out tomorrow. “Speech-less: Tales of a White House Survivor” by one Matthew Latimer is supposedly an interesting and humorous insider perspective into the goings-on behind the scenes at the White House during the reign of Bush the IInd. Barring any unforeseen publicity disasters, I expect this book to be a major bestseller, judging by some of the anecdotes published by The Huffington Post.
On the other hand, George W. Bush is reportedly working on his own memoir, which will likely paint a very different picture.
