All comments will be moderated.  It is the sole discretion of the owner whether a comment will be allowed to appear.  The owner reserves the right to delete comments in their entirety, modify comments for length or for clarity, and/or edit comments that do not meet standards of decency as defined by the owner. The owner furthermore reserves the right to reprint any comments in other mediums or on other websites as he will see fit.

If you intend to comment on an article you must use a personal, non-commercial URL or leave the URL field blank.  You are encouraged to provide the URL to your legitimate personal website if you have one so that other users can visit your site.  Any comment containing a commercial URL will be considered comment spam and deleted.  It is a violation of our terms and conditions to harass, solicit, or harm any member based on the information that has been displayed by means of the service we provide.

To leave comments on the site, users are required to provide a valid email address.  The owner will not use that email address for any purpose other than contacting the poster in the event of a problem with the comment, which is a rare occurrence.  The owner will not sell email addresses or send spam to the email addresses collected through comments.

Tracking programs collect some user information, including ISP and general location, for the purposes of compiling user statistics for the site. This information, with the exception of personally identifying data, may be published by the owner on the site at any given time for any reason.
